How does a mobile spa visit work?
You book, and we handle everything else. Your therapist arrives at your home, hotel, or vacation rental with the table, fresh linens, oils and music, sets up in a quiet spot you choose, and packs it all away afterward. You never drive anywhere — when it ends, you’re already home.
How do I book?

How does the deposit work?
How the deposit works: A 50% deposit is due the same day you book to hold your appointment. After booking, you can pay it in one tap on our secure payment page — pay.palmspringsspamassage.com — and the remaining balance is due at your session. Simple, secure, and done in a moment.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Sometimes, beautifully, yes. Same-day visits are arranged personally according to the day’s flow — text us at (760) 808-4205 and we’ll do our very best. Booking ahead always gives you the best choice of times.
What should I prepare before my therapist arrives?
Just a quiet space with room for a massage table (or two, for couples) and a few minutes to tell us your preferences — pressure, focus areas, anything tender. We bring everything else. Use the notes section when you book online for any special or personal requests.
What if I’m running late?
Life happens. We allow a 15-minute grace period — just text us if you’re running behind and we’ll help you keep your appointment on track.
Do gift cards expire?

What is the Club Plan package of four?
Four prepaid massage sessions for our local clients — four 60-minute sessions for $480 or four 90-minute sessions for $680, with no expiration. It is not a membership and carries no recurring charge. See the packages →

Do you serve groups and bachelorette parties?
Joyfully. We confirm several therapists for your group and set up at your rental, home or hotel. For groups of five or more, text us and we’ll choreograph everything with you. Celebrations →
Do you travel outside the valley?
We serve the Morongo Basin — Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley and the Twentynine Palms area — by arrangement, with a small $20 per-person travel fee. Service areas →

We’re open 7 days a week, 8 AM to 9 PM — and online booking is open around the clock.
