Who we are

Palm Springs Spa Massage is a family-owned mobile spa. We bring massage and facial services to homes, hotels and vacation rentals across greater Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, and we host sessions by appointment at our Palm Desert hosting location. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to take care of you:

• Contact information you give us — your name, mobile phone number and email address, when you book an appointment, call or text us, send us an email, or ask about our services.
• Appointment details — the service, date, time and location of your visit, and any notes you share so we can care for you well (for example, pressure preferences or focus areas).
• Purchase information — when you pay a deposit, buy a gift card or buy a package, payment is handled on the secure pages of our payment providers (Square for booking, and our GoDaddy payment pages). We never see or store your full card number on this website.

How we use your information

To schedule, confirm and prepare your appointment; to collect your deposit and balance; to provide your service; to follow up with you about your visit; to answer your questions; and — as described in the texting section below — to stay in touch as your spa. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

How we get your mobile number. You give it to us yourself: you enter your own phone number when you book through our online booking, you call or text us at (760) 808-4205, or you contact us to inquire about our services. Every person we text is a past client who booked and received a service with us, or a person who reached out to us to inquire — we never buy phone lists.

Consent. By giving us your mobile number and booking with us or contacting us, you agree to receive text messages from Palm Springs Spa Massage at that number about your appointments and your relationship with our spa.

What we send. Appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups about your visits, messages answering your inquiries, and — to past clients and inquirers — a one-time invitation to reconnect with us.

Message frequency varies. Most clients hear from us only around their own appointments.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out is easy and forever. Reply STOP to any text to opt out — we honor every opt-out immediately and permanently, and you will not receive further texts. Reply HELP for help, or simply call or text us at (760) 808-4205.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are always welcome to book, buy gift cards and buy packages without receiving a single text from us.

Your number stays with us. We never sell your mobile number, and we never share your mobile number, your text-message opt-in, or your consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting provider delivers messages on our behalf only.

Email

If you have booked with us or inquired with us, we may occasionally email you about your appointments or an invitation from our spa. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored right away.

Who we share information with

Only the service providers who help us run the spa — our booking provider (Square), our payment pages (GoDaddy), and our email and texting delivery providers — and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Cookies on this website

This is a simple informational website and we do not run advertising trackers on it. Some pages show our Facebook feed or a Google map; those services may set their own cookies when those elements load, under their own privacy policies.
